Executive Agency "Port Administration" was founded after the Law on maritime spaces, inner waterways and ports in the Republic of Bulgaria /article #113, paragraph #2, published in State Gazette issue # 12 from 11.02.2000/ and Government edict # 74 from 04.05.2000 /State Gazette issue #39 from 12.05.2000/ and after the acting Structure Regulations. |
