Directorate "Port Administration – Bourgas" spreads its authority over country’s sea space limited between the geographical parallel of the Emine cape to the parallel of the Bulgarian-Turkish border.

Directorate "Port Administration – Bourgas":

• Controls ports and port activities in order to provide safety, operational  suitability and security;
• Controls the implementation of the programs on the maintenance and development of the public transport ports and the condition of the public state ownership;
• Ensures updating of registers;
• Controls the observation of the conditions and the order to submit statistical information.
