Yacht port Byala

As a result of continuous research and design of the development of Byala bay to the south of cape St. Atanas that have been carried out since 1986 until now as well as due to the completed construction, the port’s current parameters are impressive and give good opportunity for future development of quay front and territory urbanization.

The fencing mole significantly exceeds the coast protection groyne’s parameters by its cost as well as by the size of the protected aquatory and the swell protection level. The port is naturally protected in addition by the cape St. Atanas thus becoming a reliable shelter for all vessels staying at water all over the year.

The total look of the port depends on the future tourism sector’s development and maritime means of living at the region of Byala and Obzor as well as of the need of sea communications development.

The sea coast dike is used to settle a device to drag smaller vessels and fishing boats out to the shore for docking and storing.

Fishermen bungalows are erected on the territory around the port on private land and in forests and together with the dragging devices represent a fishing boats port.
